Moms That Move:
Grace, Grit & Grooves
Empower your body and energize your week with "Moms that Move," a dynamic fitness class designed just for moms. Join us three days a week to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Gracefully start your week with calming balance, barre and stretching on Mondays, tap into your grit with strength and endurance training on Wednesdays, and find your groove on Fridays with a fun, easy to follow dance moves that will get your heart pumping-NO dance experience needed. Whether you're looking to tone, de-stress, or just have some fun, this program has something for every mom.
*Class currently meets EVERY M, W & F 9:30am at:

Strong Moms & Tiny Sidekicks
A strength and endurance class designed just for moms—with full permission to bring your little ones along for the ride. This class is all about you: building muscle, boosting stamina, and taking that time to move your body. Your babies and toddlers are welcome to hang out, play, explore, or even mimic your moves—no pressure, no judgment. Whether they're snuggled in a stroller, watching a show in the corner, or running around the room, this space is for you both. The workout is for the moms, but the room is made for the chaos and beauty of real life.
*Class will meet EVERY Wednesday morning at:
